This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus. As an LCPC, you will play an essential role in supporting individuals in their journey towards mental wellness, with a specific emphasis on trauma recovery.

Work Environment\n

This role is designed for a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility and a work-life balance that can suit your personal schedule. The practice operates Monday through Sunday from 7 AM to 10 PM, providing ample opportunity for scheduling. The remote nature of the position enables you to work from anywhere while collaborating with a dedicated team focused on delivering high-quality outpatient mental health services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and tailor appropriate treatment approaches.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans aiming at trauma recovery, resilience-building, and overall mental health improvement.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions focused on processing trauma and developing coping strategies to promote healing.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and integrated treatment planning.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources to empower their journeys towards recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and engage in ongoing professional development focused on trauma-informed care practices.

Qualifications\n

We offer guaranteed pay with annual increases and opportunities for bonuses. Benefits include paid orientation, monthly professional development sessions, and paid time off (PTO). In addition, our practice provides coverage for credentialing costs and a full clinical caseload typically established within your first 90 days.
