Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and devise personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individualized and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical requirements.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and workshops to enhance the treatment processes and share insights on client progress.

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage open communication throughout the therapeutic process.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and research in mental health to continuously improve your practice and enhance patient care outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic primarily serves individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health resources, addressing a broad range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your work will directly contribute to improving the quality of life for clients from diverse backgrounds and with unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a counseling or clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating rapport with clients of various demographics.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team to provide holistic client care.

Preferred Experience\n
