Key Responsibilities\n

• Create detailed and individualized treatment plans by conducting thorough assessments and initial examinations that reflect the unique needs of each client.

• Provide therapeutic interventions to a wide variety of clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Employ diverse therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused strategies tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Document accurate and timely clinical records while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Engage in continual professional development to enrich your skills and stay informed about the latest research and methodologies in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse group of clients facing various challenges, including stress management, relationship difficulties, trauma, and more. You will play a key role in guiding them through their healing process and improving their emotional health by providing individualized support and expert guidance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical environment.

• A comprehensive understanding of legal and ethical requirements associated with counseling practice.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with a range of clients and their families.

• A proven track record of successful collaboration within a healthcare team.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and relevant software applications is preferred.
