Thrive & Bloom Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will leverage your clinical expertise to provide essential mental health services in a remote setting, primarily managed through our outpatient office in El Paso, Texas. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing our clients' mental and emotional well-being, ensuring they receive personalized support tailored to their unique needs.

Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows for remote work, providing flexibility while maintaining a strong connection to our outpatient facility in El Paso. While the core hours for this role are Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, there may be occasional needs for evening or weekend appointments to accommodate varying client schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to thoroughly understand clients’ mental health needs, thereby informing treatment strategies.

• Create, implement, and monitor evidence-based treatment plans that align with individual goals and address specific therapeutic needs.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to facilitate clients' growth and coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, sharing insights and strategies that contribute to holistic client care.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring proper documentation of sessions and treatment progress.

• Participate in regular case conferences, clinical supervision, and professional development workshops to continually enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.

Our clientele ranges from adolescents to adults, addressing a myriad of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a knack for building rapport across diverse backgrounds, ensuring that all clients feel heard, respected, and underserved at Thrive & Bloom Counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy within a mental health context, demonstrating a commitment to client welfare and therapeutic practice.

• Proficiency in applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques, tailored to meet the needs of those experiencing mental health challenges.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enhancing your ability to connect and engage with clients and colleagues alike.

• A strong ethical foundation, prioritizing patient confidentiality and informed consent in all client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in outpatient settings, specifically in managing a caseload with varied therapeutic needs.

• Familiarity with community mental health resources to aid clients in navigating additional support mechanisms.

• Knowledge of telehealth delivery systems for providing remote counseling services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $80,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
