Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Proficient understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health counseling.

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating rapport-building with diverse clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Biomedica Mental Health Center offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. In addition to a rewarding salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice coverage, and the opportunity to earn client referrals.
