Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and personalized interviews.

• Designing and implementing individualized evidence-based treatment plans focused on measurable client outcomes.

• Providing individual, couples, and group therapy utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, integrative care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.

• Maintaining meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

While we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, candidates with additional experience in trauma-informed care, substance use treatment, or group facilitation will be given special consideration. Compensation and Benefits\n
