This full-time position allows for a remote work setting, providing you with the flexibility to manage your schedule while meeting the needs of your patients. The standard work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to understand each patient's unique trauma history and identify their treatment needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and overall mental health improvement.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions to help patients process their trauma, develop effective coping strategies, and foster healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team of health professionals to provide integrated care and ensure comprehensive support for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patients feel safe and supported.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, various coping mechanisms, and how to access available resources effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will be working with are primarily trauma survivors, encompassing a wide range of experiences, including those suffering from PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. You will play a crucial role in not only supporting their recovery journey but also in educating them on coping strategies and resilience-building techniques that empower them to overcome their challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience preferred, focusing on trauma-informed care.

• Strong foundation in trauma-related disorders and knowledge of applicable treatment modalities.

• Experience delivering various trauma-focused therapies and techniques.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and support patients compassionately.

• Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations while offering stabilization and support.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant technology.

• Will to collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team while enhancing the integrative care process.

Compensation and Benefits\n
