Work Environment\n

This position is 100% remote, allowing you to provide essential services from the comfort of your preferred workspace. As part of our telehealth setup, you will engage with clients using secure online platforms, ensuring confidentiality and high-quality care. Our flexible work hours generally range from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with some adjustments possible to meet the needs of our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to identify clients' specific needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions utilizing methodologies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process their trauma experiences while equipping them with effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and mental health professionals to deliver integrated care geared toward optimal healing outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, empowering them to navigate their healing journey.

• Maintain diligent and accurate documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines relevant to telehealth practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as either an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
