Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to create personalized treatment plans reflecting each client's unique journey.

• Utilize various therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to help clients build resilience and achieve their mental health goals.

• Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring the highest level of professionalism.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, actively participating in case consultations and peer reviews to ensure comprehensive and cohesive client care.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and community resources, fostering an empowering environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse group of clients facing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds, each with unique experiences and needs. Providing culturally competent care and respecting individual client journeys will be paramount to your success in this role.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R, Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist) in the state of New York, confirming your qualifications to practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
