Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via video conferencing platforms, tailoring interventions to each student’s unique needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations.

• Collaborate with educators, school counselors, and other interdisciplinary team members to create a supportive educational environment.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal guidelines, as well as internal policies.

• Facilitate workshops and informational sessions for students and parents to promote mental health awareness and coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You’ll be primarily working with a diverse population of students ranging from elementary to high school ages who may face social, emotional, or behavioral challenges. Your role will be crucial in fostering a safe space where students can discuss their concerns, learn coping strategies, and develop emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid LCSW licensure in the state of New York.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, with a strong foundation in clinical principles.

Preferred Experience\n
