Work Environment\n

Our remote work setting allows for flexible scheduling within a structured workweek from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health status and history of trauma, tailoring treatment approaches accordingly.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with measurable goals focused on trauma recovery, resilience, and overall well-being.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to guide your practice.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their trauma experiences and cultivate coping strategies for healing.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and holistic care to your patients.

• Offer crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patient safety and stability.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and community resources available to support their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Regularly participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities to enhance trauma-informed care practices.

• Stay abreast of the latest research, interventions, and advocacy related to trauma therapy, contributing to the team's continuous improvement efforts.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on serving individuals who have experienced significant trauma and are seeking support in their recovery journey. This may include patients with PTSD, those recovering from abusive relationships, and individuals with complex trauma histories. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.

• A solid understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor.

• Proficiency in utilizing EHR systems and other relevant technological tools to document patient care and track progress.

Preferred Experience\n

We encourage candidates with at least 2 years of post-licensure experience, particularly in trauma-focused therapies, to apply. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
