This remote, full-time position is based in Los Angeles, California, where you will provide both telehealth and face-to-face therapy sessions in our outpatient office setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ trauma histories and tailor treatment strategies accordingly.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience, leveraging evidence-based therapies like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques to help clients process trauma and cultivate coping skills.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless integration and continuity of care for all patients, fostering a holistic approach to treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate care is accessible.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and community resources available to assist in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time LPCC role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience. We provide a robust benefits package including:
