Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting individual therapy sessions through HIPAA-compliant telehealth software, adapting your methodologies to the client's personal preferences and therapeutic needs.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that reflect client goals and progress, utilizing a holistic perspective that addresses physical, emotional, and social aspects of their well-being.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Participating in peer consultation, optional continuing education units (CEUs), and other professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices.

• Building and nurturing therapeutic relationships based on mutual trust and cultural humility, tailored to the diverse backgrounds of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve providing psychotherapy to individuals facing a variety of challenges, potentially extending to couples and families as desired. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The available salary range for this position is between $90,000.00 and $100,000 per year, complemented by a robust benefits package.
