Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the unique needs of each client and to form a solid foundation for treatment.

• Integrate assessment findings into a comprehensive clinical summary, outlining key factors affecting the client’s mental health.

• Create individualized treatment plans that set specific goals, objectives, and interventions based on the clinical summaries and ongoing evaluations.

• Document the client’s clinical progress clearly and comprehensively in progress notes, ensuring it meets legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Monitor and manage the client’s progress on established treatment objectives, communicating effectively with all relevant parties involved in their care.

• Engage in proactive collaboration with team members, clients, and their families to discuss treatment updates and adjust plans as needed.

• Maintain a high level of alertness and attention to detail to ensure a safe and effective counseling environment.

Qualifications\n
