Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand each patient’s unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address diverse mental health disorders.

• Facilitate talk therapy sessions that promote self-reflection, coping strategies, and the development of nurturing relationships.

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and fostering adherence to recommended therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain detailed documentation of patient symptomology and treatment outcomes to track the efficacy of interventions over time.

• Prepare and deliver essential medical and referral notes in a timely and professional manner as required.

• Adopt a warm, empathetic approach to ensure patients feel supported and engaged throughout their healing process.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
