Key Responsibilities\n

As a Telehealth LPCC at Sunny Skies Wellness & Healing Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate the emotional, psychological, and behavioral needs of clients.

• Integrating assessment findings into informed clinical summaries that guide treatment strategies.
\n
• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that include specific goals and evidence-based interventions, aligned with individual client needs.

• Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of each client’s clinical treatment history through progress notes, ensuring adherence to compliance standards.

• Monitoring and coordinating client progress toward treatment objectives while communicating effectively with clients, caregivers, and other healthcare providers.

• Engaging collaboratively with team members, clients, and prospective clients to enhance treatment effectiveness and foster a supportive care environment.

• Ensuring a safe, focused, and effective work approach by remaining aware and proactive in managing job performance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will allow you to work with a diverse client population, including individuals seeking help for various mental health concerns and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Preferred Experience\n

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in working within a telehealth environment and have previously employed electronic health record (EHR) systems. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing is also highly desirable.
