This position is fully remote, allowing you to engage with clients from a comfortable and conducive environment. Opti Mind Behavioral Health utilizes a cutting-edge telehealth platform enabling seamless communication and therapy delivery. Our flexible schedule includes working from Monday to Friday, with hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, giving you the autonomy to manage your work-life balance effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the needs of clients and develop customized treatment plans that address their unique goals and challenges.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities.

• Integrate trauma-informed care principles in all client interactions to accommodate the diverse experiences and backgrounds of individuals seeking support.

• Collaborate with a dynamic multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive client care and advocacy.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation in accordance with California state regulations to uphold the integrity of our clinical services.

• Engage in regular case consultations and participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with various mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid LPCC license in California, in good standing, is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
