Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at CenCal, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Completing necessary documentation promptly, adhering to regulatory standards to ensure compliance and maintain high-quality care.

• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to accurately assess patient needs and outcomes.

• Participating in the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans, working alongside peers in a collaborative environment.

• Engaging proactively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the integrity and standards of the clinic.

• Acting as a liaison to relevant service systems and community partners, ensuring that clients have access to the full spectrum of necessary support.

• Establishing effective communication channels with external agencies to promote program availability and accessibility.
\n
• Integrating and upholding the mission, values, and principles of CenCal Mental Health in every aspect of your work.

• Continuously pursuing professional development opportunities and attending industry-related events to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Collaborating with the Clinic Director on additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• An Independent LPCC License, valid in the state of California, or willingness to obtain licensure with CenCal covering associated fees.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting.
