Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular teletherapy sessions with clients, providing evidence-based care tailored to individual needs.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions, to empower clients managing anxiety, depression, grief, and more.

• Engage clients with targeted questions to help them explore and articulate their feelings and behaviors, fostering self-awareness and personal growth.

• Monitor client progress using symptom self-assessments and goal-oriented measures to adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with clients via our designated telemedicine platform, ensuring accessibility and a supportive environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults struggling with a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, and issues related to medication/pain management. Your expertise will guide clients through their unique therapeutic journeys, aiming to enhance their well-being and equip them with coping strategies for everyday life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or a related field.

• An active LPCC license issued by the State of California.
\n
• Solid understanding of the principles and practices related to diagnosing, treating, and rehabilitating clients with mental health disorders.

• Proficiency in using computers and videoconferencing software to deliver therapy effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of recent experience providing cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based practices to adults.

Compensation and Benefits\n
