Work Environment\n

This position is 100% remote, utilizing a telehealth model to bring mental health services directly to clients in the comfort of their own homes. You will be provided with the necessary resources to maintain a seamless and effective virtual practice. The typical schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering you a consistent work-life balance while contributing to significant patient care from anywhere in California.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, using an array of therapeutic modalities to best support their mental health goals.

• Employ evidence-based treatment methods to address a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create an integrated approach to client care, ensuring comprehensive support for each client's journey.

• Maintain clear, timely, and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulations and organizational standards, including progress notes and treatment plans.

• Actively assist clients in navigating mental health resources and support services, advocating for their needs and fostering independence in their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, demonstrating effective therapeutic techniques and methodologies.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on providing telehealth services, ensuring clients feel supported and engaged during virtual sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
