Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans to address their unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy during sessions.

• Engage in group, family, and couples therapy, providing a comprehensive approach to healing and growth.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on clients’ progress and feedback, ensuring continued improvement and responsiveness.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to enhance client care and outcomes.

• Document sessions accurately and in compliance with HIPAA regulations, maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in counseling and telehealth technologies.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing challenges such as substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling; experience within a telehealth framework is advantageous.
