This position will be conducted via telehealth, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients from various backgrounds. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and establish therapeutic goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, with a focus on strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Core Care, you will work with a diverse array of clients seeking mental health support. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload availability. Additionally, you will benefit from:
