Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop customized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs and goals.

• Employ a range of therapeutic methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy to facilitate effective interventions.

• Document client progress and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and provide referrals as necessary.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about the latest research in mental health and enhancing your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will encompass a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including those navigating stress management, work-life balance, and interpersonal conflicts. You will provide support to individuals, couples, families, and groups, enabling them to overcome obstacles and achieve their personal objectives.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Professional Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Ability to meet internal credentialing requirements for clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals with substance use issues.

• Proficient with technology, possessing basic keyboarding skills for maintaining electronic records and conducting telehealth sessions.
