Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, conducting thorough assessments to identify their needs and goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, drawing from a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused strategies.

• Engage with clients through individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, tailoring your approach to meet the specific challenges faced by each client.

• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
