Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the mental health needs of your clients and develop individualized treatment plans based on those assessments.

• Maintain clear and open communication with supervisors, family members, and other stakeholders regarding clients' progress and treatment goals.
\n
• Propose and manage your schedule of appointments for client consultations, including virtual home visits and necessary follow-ups.
\n
• Coordinate and conduct home visits to perform in-home observations, review client charts, and engage in staff interviews as required for comprehensive care.
\n
• Monitor the implementation of treatment plans to ensure they are effectively addressing client needs.
\n
• Engage in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and any other relevant gatherings to discuss client care and collaborate with team members.
\n
• Document client progress in monthly and quarterly progress notes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Organize training for staff members to ensure they are proficient in implementing treatment plans and documentation procedures.
\n
• Conduct follow-up interviews and home visits to provide ongoing support and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Act as a liaison between clients, their families, and the broader mental health community to foster collaborative care.

• Assist in developing training materials and procedures aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of our counseling programs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in mental health counseling.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate building rapport with clients.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
