Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans that address each client’s specific needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups to promote healing and growth.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting these approaches to meet client needs.

• Engage in collaboration with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, ensuring a comprehensive care strategy for every client.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to comply with ethical standards and legal requirements, integrating updates to treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, based on your case load and experience. This position also offers a generous sign-on bonus for experienced counselors, to be discussed during the interview process.
