Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to identify each client's mental health needs, strengths, and weaknesses.

• Providing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, families, and groups.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal client outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Evolve Wellness Center, our primary focus is on serving clients who have limited access to mental healthcare. This includes individuals from diverse backgrounds grappling with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, couples therapy, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following credentials:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical or outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
