Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Evolve Wellness Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies for clients.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic services, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to devise comprehensive treatment plans that address the diverse mental health needs of clients.

• Participating in ongoing professional development, workshops, and training on emerging trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, primarily consisting of individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. This includes those with limited access to care, such as low-income patients, children and adolescents, and individuals grappling with trauma, substance misuse, or relationship issues. Your role is crucial in providing empathetic support and effective interventions that empower clients on their personal journeys to emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to counseling practice.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Evolve Wellness Center offers a competitive compensation package with a salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
