Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on thorough assessments and evaluations, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage in comprehensive case management by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors to ensure holistic client care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with local and state regulations, as well as ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with your experience and adjusted caseload.
