Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and trust through compassionate communication and professional ethics.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, and plan future appointments, including discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans based on individual client needs, incorporating their feedback into the therapeutic process.

• Document client progress meticulously, maintaining up-to-date progress notes and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments that aid in determining the best course of treatment and support for each client.

• Provide individualized psychotherapy sessions, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques suitable for varying patient demographics.

• Engage in professional development through individual supervision and collaboration with fellow healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive mental care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• A current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation is mandatory.

• Proficiency in using various computer applications, including but not limited to Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000, reflective of your qualifications and experience. Our fee-for-service model allows clinicians to benefit from guaranteed rates—ensuring payment is received ahead of collections, with no waiting time for reimbursement.
