Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
\n
• Deliver individual, group, family, and couples counseling sessions while maintaining a flexible schedule to meet client needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending workshops and training sessions, to stay abreast of evolving mental health research and best practices.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

The ideal candidate will work with diverse populations, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a counseling environment is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical practices within the mental health profession.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with a healthcare team to provide integrated care.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and other relevant technologies is essential.
