Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct personalized assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Employ diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care, drawing on collective expertise to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in accordance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
