Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health needs, concerns, and therapeutic goals.

• Provide individualized counseling sessions, addressing a wide array of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress.

• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions to work on relationship dynamics, communication barriers, and family conflicts.

• Craft personalized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique circumstances, incorporating specific objectives and interventions.

• Deliver crisis intervention services to support clients experiencing acute emotional distress or mental health crises.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and available community resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation—including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes—upholding legal and ethical guidelines.

• Comply with all ethical standards and legal requirements related to counseling, safeguarding client confidentiality and ensuring informed consent.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, with a fee-for-service model ensuring guaranteed rates and prompt payments—there’s no waiting for reimbursement.
