Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to clients through individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in case consultations with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care and treatment outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, including workshops and training sessions, to stay informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to support adolescents struggling with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n
