Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor will involve:

• Conducting weekly, evidence-based therapy sessions through live video to address various emotional disorders in adults.

• Collaborating with Brightside's psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to create a comprehensive and integrated treatment plan tailored to client needs.
\n
• Utilizing data-driven approaches by administering routine self-assessments and analysis tools to monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies effectively.
\n
• Maintaining thorough and timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly electronic medical record (EMR) system that streamlines your workflow.
\n
• Participating in continuous consultation and support sessions with the Therapy Leadership Team to enhance your clinical skills and treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and other emotional disturbances. You will provide compassionate care and support, ensuring that every client feels heard and understood in their unique circumstances. Brightside Health emphasizes delivering culturally responsive care, making it vital that you adapt your therapeutic approach to fit the diverse backgrounds of our clients.

Qualifications\n

Qualified candidates will possess:

• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome all qualified applicants, candidates with experience in evidence-based therapies, particularly Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), or involvement in crisis management and suicide prevention programs will be given preference. Familiarity with Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicide (CAMS) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive compensation ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
