Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to their specific needs and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy, to provide effective individual, family, and group counseling sessions.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare providers to ensure the delivery of holistic patient care, referencing shared documentation and engaging in interdisciplinary discussions to optimize treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona is mandatory.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting where you have developed strong therapeutic relationships with diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, depending on experience and caseload capacity.
