Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to establish individualized therapy plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy, to individuals, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and social workers, to optimize care coordination and address the comprehensive needs of clients.

• Conduct follow-up sessions to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring ongoing support and development.

You will be working primarily with individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity.
