• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify client needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals tailored to each client’s unique challenges.
\n
• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families utilizing evidence-based modalities.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
\n
• Collaborate with other mental health providers and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including case reviews, supervision, and training opportunities.

Our clientele includes individuals from diverse backgrounds and a wide range of age groups. You will provide services to clients dealing with various issues including but not limited to anxiety disorders, traumatic experiences, depression, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Your role is pivotal in helping clients navigate these difficulties and achieve mental wellness through tailored therapeutic approaches.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• An active Tennessee LPC-MHSP license or eligibility for licensure within 90 days of hire is mandatory.
\n
• Proven experience providing outpatient therapy in community mental health settings is essential.
\n
• Proficiency in developing treatment plans and conducting assessments adhering to DSM-5 criteria.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation practices is crucial for this role.
\n
• A strong understanding of trauma-informed and culturally responsive care practices is necessary.
\n

• Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices is highly preferred.

• Previous work in telemental health or remote therapy environments will be advantageous.

• A background in multidisciplinary collaboration within healthcare settings is beneficial.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, in addition to performance bonuses.
