Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Psychotherapy with people in skilled nursing, assisted living, and long term care settings.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care rooted in best practices.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of medical and psychiatric providers to optimize quality-of-life and support facilities.
• Support patients with conditions including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, dementia, grief, loss, and life transitions.
• Timely, accurate documentation.

Financial Rewards and Benefits:

• Annual compensation $55,000.00.
• Highly flexible schedule, no call, nights or weekends, holidays off.

Qualifications:

• Unrestricted LCSW or LPC-MHSP license.
• Knowledge of standard documentation practices.
• Experience working with geriatric population and persons with dementia preferred.
• Experience working in a post-acute or healthcare setting is preferred.
