Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop customized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, couples, and family counseling services utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to create integrated treatment strategies, facilitating referrals when necessary to ensure holistic care.

• Maintain accurate and detailed client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, contributing to continuity of care and optimal treatment outcomes.

• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in mental health counseling to enhance service delivery and client engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient demographic struggling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and trauma-related concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status in New Jersey.

• Demonstrated experience in providing outpatient counseling services, ideally within a telehealth framework.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.

• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
