This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility in your work schedule while you support clients through telehealth solutions. With the integration of advanced electronic medical record (EMR) software for documentation and client management, you will engage in a collaborative work culture that prioritizes accessibility and responsiveness. Our working hours generally span 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while effectively serving our community.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients and their families to identify therapeutic needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Engage in regular clinical staffing meetings, bringing family-centered treatment insights to the table for collaborative service planning.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions through family-centered individual and group counseling sessions, focusing on substance abuse recovery within a supportive family dynamic.

• Facilitate education groups addressing key themes such as substance abuse, mental health, and family dynamics to empower clients and their loved ones.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, patient assessments, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

• Foster communication with external resources and other professionals, coordinating services to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Identify areas for program improvement and contribute to quality enhancement initiatives, reinforcing our commitment to high standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults struggling with substance use disorders, often in family contexts. Many clients may also be dealing with additional mental health challenges, necessitating a collaborative approach to treatment that includes family involvement in the healing process. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• Minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Diverse specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma counseling is highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
