Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments and evaluations to create tailored therapeutic strategies that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to facilitate client progress.

• Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that treatment plans are continually updated based on client feedback and evolving needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in the treatment process.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists—to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay informed about advancements in mental health research, therapeutic techniques, and best practices.

Qualifications\n
