However, as part of an outpatient practice, you may also collaborate in person at the facility when necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an individual caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and confidentiality.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess progress, address any immediate concerns, and plan for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and closely monitor individualized treatment plans designed to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, using our electronic health record system.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments for new clients, gathering comprehensive information to inform personalized treatment approaches.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, ensuring consistent and effective support tailored to individual client challenges.

• Participate actively in individual supervision and interdisciplinary meetings to enhance clinical skills and improve treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse outpatient population, including individuals who are coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various behavioral health conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license is mandatory.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
