Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead dynamic and supportive group therapy sessions that enable clients to connect, share, and grow together, fostering a sense of community and understanding.

• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized and empathetic therapy tailored to each client’s unique experiences, enabling them to explore their emotions, thoughts, and develop actionable coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
