Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement individualized therapy strategies for clients, conducting thorough assessments to establish effective therapeutic plans tailored to diverse needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a variety of client demographics, including individuals, couples, and families, focusing on transformative mental health outcomes.

• Employ an array of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting approaches as required by client progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive client care throughout the therapeutic process.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards to ensure continuity of care and uphold professional integrity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our ideal candidate will have experience working with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 per year, complemented by various incentives, including an annual stock award and signing bonus.
