Key Responsibilities\n

• Elicit and assess mental health symptoms through thorough evaluations and examinations, ultimately formulating and implementing tailored treatment plans in accordance with our established protocols.

• Establish strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and fostering a supportive environment, as well as collaborating closely with a diverse and inclusive team.

• Employ innovative and creative therapeutic interventions tailored to meet individual client needs, encouraging clients to set and achieve their personal goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, session notes, and updates to treatment plans following organizational standards.

• Facilitate integrative care by coordinating with case managers, families, educational staff, and medical personnel as necessary to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Attend and actively contribute to scheduled clinical staff meetings and training sessions, sharing insights and learning from team experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will serve a diverse clientele, ranging from children and adolescents to adults grappling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral science, mental health, or related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Active clinical licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
