Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand the individual needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to ensure individualized care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create holistic treatment plans that promote optimal care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with state regulations and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus primarily on individuals and families with limited access to mental health resources, addressing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflicts, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, showcasing your ability to handle a variety of mental health cases.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards associated with mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
