Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop personalized therapeutic plans by conducting thorough assessments and evaluations tailored to individual client needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy, to groups, families, couples, and individuals.

• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of client information.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated and holistic care, contributing to case discussions and ongoing client assessments.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, attending workshops, seminars, and training to stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LPCs primarily serve individuals and families dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. We focus on providing services to underserved populations, ensuring that those with limited access to care receive the support they need to lead fulfilling lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.

• Candidates must hold active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• At least two years of counseling experience is essential, preferably in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
