Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, in both group and individual settings.

• Engage in regular consultation with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize client care, ensuring each person receives holistic support.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while safeguarding client confidentiality.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay informed about the latest developments in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele including children, adolescents, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Georgia.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, starting at $70,000 and potentially reaching up to $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
