Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients referred to our outpatient services, addressing their unique mental health and substance use challenges.

• Provide both individual and couples therapy sessions to clients of all ages using evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to their needs.

• Manage case files diligently, ensuring all notes and documentation concerning client interactions and therapy sessions are recorded promptly and accurately in our electronic health record system.

• Facilitate ongoing appointments and maintain an updated calendar, ensuring consistent and reliable follow-up for patients in various stages of their treatment.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external organizations as needed to advocate for client needs and ensure access to necessary resources, such as community support services or emergency interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on working with adolescents, adults, and families impacted by mental health disorders and substance use issues. You will be responsible for delivering counseling services to clients who are navigating recovery in an outpatient setting, requiring a deep understanding of a variety of clinical presentations and treatment methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required; however, a Master's Degree or a Doctorates in a relevant field is preferred.

• Possession of a valid state social work license is mandatory.

• A minimum of four years of practical clinical experience is required, which can include experience gained through a master's-level practicum or post-graduate work.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is four years of practical experience, candidates with additional post-graduate experience working within substance use treatment or adolescent counseling will be highly regarded. Proficiency in telehealth systems and electronic health record (EHR) management is also preferred.
